Samples Availability & Policy
As usual, a fresh customer is requested to pay the express courier freight & sample Fee or a freight-collect express courier A/C is provided, the samples will be sent out in a short time. The sample fee will be refunded to customer after the customer place a firm order with us. Payment Terms & Policy
The general terms of payment is 30% down payment T/T before production, the balance to be paid before delivery. Also this term is flexible according to business cooperation relations and both parties benefit. Mould Development and mould fee
We will start developing new mould after receipt of customer’s drawing or sample. Normally, a fresh customer is requested to pay the mould fee before moulding. The mould fee will be refunded to customer when the order quantity up to the agreed quantity. This term is flexible according to business cooperation relations and both parties benefit. |
